Friendly, helpful staff and massive rooms compared to any of the 100’s of North American rooms we’ve stayed in.
Pool was great but the picture of the pool with bouncy castle for toddlers / kids was not there. Maybe it was a special occasion when the picture of pool on website was taken. My toddler still had fun in kids pool and bigger pool with water wings.
Lots of free parking in hotel parking lots if you have a vehicle.
Overall experience was a 4.5* and would definitely stay there again.
