Medina of Tétouan

Fantastic stay, one minor AC hiccup quickly resolved We absolutely loved our stay at Pestana Tanger. The location next to the train station was fantastic, and the suite itself was extremely spacious with amazing views from the living room. The kitchen staff were super helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the team overall were great throughout our stay. The one issue we ran into was the air conditioning switching off automatically every few minutes in our room. We reported it to the front desk the first night, but it wasn't resolved in time, so we ended up sleeping without AC that night. We raised it again the next morning and were offered a choice between a room change or a technician visit while we were out for the day — we opted for the technician, and the issue was fully fixed by the time we returned. The second night was completely comfortable. Really appreciated how the team responded once we followed up again — the fix worked perfectly, and it didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Would absolutely recommend.

Property was absolutely beautiful. The only things I didn't like is there are no tvs in the room, which would be nice at night to unwind. Smart tvs are inexpensive these days that way the customers can stream, regardless of nationality or language. The other thing is the shower had no curtain and the pan filled with water which is actually disgusting and unsanitary. I hope this is resolved because the owners were incredible people.
