I found this property on expedia same night as I was travelling. There was a room available. It had a fridge and microwave and a coffee machine for a better price than the low cost chain I have used in the past.

Great spot
Nice place. Friendly people. Older Motel, but the rooms were 2023. Could walk to many bars and restaurants.. I will stay there again

Decent place for a bargain price
A very nice simple room, with all expected comforts. The TV worked well, with enough channels for some brief entertainment before going to sleep. Wi-fi also worked fine. Clean place, no issues. Thank you.

Though an older facility, as a single male traveler, it was great. The location is now surrounded by newer places to stay, yet this area is the older side of the area it was safe enough. I would stay again when on that side of Medford.

Noisy Bed and Bugs
We found two cockroaches in the bathroom as we we’re getting ready to leave which turned what would have been a acceptable stay for the price into one that made me incredibly uncomfortable. This is a no frills cheap motel for those seeking a one night stay. The air conditioning worked, but the bed made a horrible noise when sitting on it. I would opt for somewhere else if I stayed in the area again.

The room was very clean and check in was super easy. I was surprised to see there was a mini fridge, microwave, and small pull out couch. The walls seem a bit thin but overall a really great room especially for the price.

A gem of a hotel!
Overnight stay during road trip home from CA to WA. Red Carpet Inn was great! Room and bathroom were very clean. Room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and covers seen in higher end hotels. Quiet throughout the night. Best quality for the price! Highly recommended!

we hade a broken pipe in our hotel that day that is why the shower was cold and we are sorry for that inconvenience. We just got fix yesterday evening.

The rooms looked modern… my room wasn’t cleaned, the previous occupant left ash or white powdery substance in the drawers. My hand towels and reg. towels were still dirty. The receptionist was late to open the place up. Time on door/website said open at 8am, I arrived early around 9am and she barely got there after me showing up. Kept repeating check in time is at 3pm. Was quite rude too. Do not recommend even for cheap prices

Better than what you pay for!!!!
I am a believer of reviews! This HOTEL is BETTER than the previous reviews! The least expensive in Medford, and it was fantastic! Check in was a breeze and with a smile especially when I checked in at 11pm! Got to the room and it was clean. Heat turned on and was quite, refrigerator was cold for my water, Hot water in the shower was amazing, very fresh smelling and fluffy bath towels, loved the onetime use soap, yes it's small but they have to throw them out anyway! Bed was extremely comfortable with 3 pillows and awesome bedding and you can park right in front of the room! 100% recommend you staying here and I will stay here again!

Responsive staff/comfy stay
The staff were very quick to respond to address needs. We had a last minute addition to our party and needed another room. The second evening, the air conditioner was not working properly and they determined it was an older unit due to be replaced so they moved us to another room. The motel was not fancy but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast so I can’t comment on that. We would stay here again if we return to the Medford area.

The room was quiet and large enough. However the fridge had someone’s pizza left in it, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Overall it was acceptable for the price.
