Fully equipped with everything you would need. About a 5-minute drive to downtown Ashland & the Shakespeare Festival. Only complaint, which the owner said they will address, is the beetles which seem to be everywhere. There’s a beautiful deck to enjoy, but sitting there the beetles slide down off the roof & fall on all of us. They get into the house every time one of us opens a door.
