12 bedroom building 3 blocks from lleras. Penthouse which has the roof you can socialize on and have guests. This is a 3 bedroom Duplex. The next level down actually does connect inside. 3rd floor is a 3 bedroom. On the second floor is another 3 bedroom. This 3 bedroom connects to the two bedroom below it and finally a 1 bedroom. 5 Hot tubs in total. Every room has ac. Washer and dryer security below. 3 blocks from lleras.
This is a 12 bedroom 5 apartment building with 4 apartments that are linked together inside. 2 kings and 10 queen beds. All bedrooms have in suite bathrooms, flat screens, wall safe and AC. Wifi through the house. The main attraction is the private roof, wet bar and the ability to have guests. There is a million dollar view there. The building is only 3 blocks from Parque Lleras. We have the building under CCTV camera and our own Andres is available to help with any issues or even run for delivery on food and beverage if so desired.
