"This place was very nice. Lovely decor. Nice view of the water with tables outside to dine if you'd like. The bed was quite firm but that worked well for me. If you want to stay here, make sure that you bring sandals because there are small rocks on the walk down to the lake. If you have mobility issues, keep in mind that the bedrooms and the only bathroom are upstairs. The steps down to the lake are also uneven at points. I particularly liked that it was easy to swim under the wooden deck over the lake to keep out of the hot sun. Hosts were professional and responsive."

"We stay here every year now after trying several properties in the area. Plenty of room for 4 generations under one roof while still having plenty of personal space. The outdoor areas, the dock, and the lake provide the grandkids endless entertainment. No need to hunt for places to go to keep them busy."

"We had a great time and loved our vacation. Great communication & clean place. The beach was great for the dogs to go in & out of the water with ease. Our one dog would have just stayed in the water the entire time if we let him. Something to want to note are: 1. The beach has a TON of shells on the beach for my old feet, I had to wear water shoes, it is crazy how many shells were there. We didnt expect that at all. Our kids loved looking and going through them; 2. the beach is not 100% private, it is a shared beach with next door and there were no paddleboards like in the ad. However there were more than enough water toys for everyone. 3. There is only 1 TV and it's in the living room so we had to figure out different sleeping arrangements 4. The curtains in the master room do not completely cover the windows. If you like it completely dark, you might want to bring a sleep mask. These are not nessarily bad things, nor would stop us from coming back, but if I would have known, we could have prepare better."

"This was our second year staying at the house. We came here for a basketball tournament with 4 teenagers and 4 adults. The bunk room and basement were perfect for the teens. Great time relaxing by the pool and in the lake. We brought our own paddle boards which made getting out on the lake easy. Host was very responsive to questions. When our flights home were cancelled he was quick to be flexible in helping us out! Would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed the house, hot tub, and lake! There were 8 of us and the house provided plenty of space. With 3 stories, 2 slept on bottom floor, and the rest on the top floor. Everything was very clean. The host, Helena, was very responsive when needed. There was a nice porch facing the lake which provided a beautiful view for morning coffee."

"The Regatta was just as advertised. We really enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the water. Kayaking was a lot of fun, and we were conveniently located near everything we wanted to do during our time in the Charlotte area. Thank you for renting your home to us!"
