Extremely clean and comfortable with all the classic mementos of its space as a former diner. Unfortunately, the occupants of the space above were walking loudly and thumping until just past midnight during our first two nights. It sounded as if they were moving furniture. The host wasn't responsive during the evenings so there was no recourse but to endure it. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. The outside lacked attention with thick dirt on the windows, mildew on awnings, and some inappropriate things written on the thick dirt on the windows that our kids pointed out. Spiderwebs on the doorframe were not welcoming. Location was unimpressive- not unsafe, not desirable. Inside was very cute, set up like a diner, first floor apt. Housekeeping was easy to reach, beds very comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the overpowering scent. It was like trying to breathe inside a plug-in and diffuser combined. Because there are no windows that open, it was incredibly difficult to breathe. I put on all the fans, the ACs, the mini split fan to try and reduce the the smell, but honestly it was hard to sleep, I was choking through the perfume scent all night and we left at 7 am to get out as soon as possible to breathe some fresh air. What a cool spot! We all loved it, such a creative idea. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. If you happened to forget any toiletries, they were avaliable! Such a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the tenant above was also very quiet, and has the cutest dog's. We ate at the Ugly Rooster café, which was amazing! There was another close by restaurant that was also awesome, Bubbles. Grocery store, gas stations and were all plentiful in the area. We like everything about this place. We would stay again when coming back to the Saratoga area! We all highly recommend this property! ##### AImee T. The host did not send check-in or check-out instructions until I requested them 30 minutes before check-in time, and even then he didn’t send them until 5 hours later. You’re in a very nice town, neighbors were also cordial. The area is fairly quiet, but you’re close to a lot of things! There’s a small shopping center, gas stations, restaurants in the town. But you’re only 25 minutes from the big Crossgates mall! Host was very kind and helpful! We had a great stay, my friends didn’t know where we were staying until we got there they LOVED the decor!
