Put everything back where it came from. Including putting kayaks up and paddle boat back.

You do not need to strip beds just leave slept in beds unmade so we know it was used and can wash for next guest.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Park behind fence.

Nothing but toilet paper flushed in toilets, no food down sink we are on a septic system. Do not have a garbage disposal. Thank you.

No parties or events! No smoking or animals in the house! Broken rules can result in a $500 fine and/or immediate removal from property. Thank you!

Beautiful house, very close to the dunes and town. Definitely would stay there again. We all had a lot of fun. Perfect family getaway for the long holiday weekend with the hot tub and game room for the kids. Lots of parking for the trailer and all of the toys for the dunes. Host always communicated quickly.
