The man at the reception desk who checked us in was efficient. However, no staff was around at check-out, so I just left the key cards on the desk, as there was no drop box.
The hotel is in terrible repair. The ceilings and walls are badly damaged and wall paper was coming loose in many places. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, but the carpet was filthy and I wore my shoes because the carpet made the soles of my feet so dirty. This was not at all the standard we expect from a Hampton Inn/Hilton property. One other note: despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel was very quiet. We won’t be booking this hotel again, however. I’m relieved we were only there one night.
