"I was pleasantly surprised with the updated and clean room at this hotel. From the outside it looks like some I’ve stayed in that were pretty gross and I was scared but when I opened the door and smelled and saw how clean it was I was happy! Nice white bedding and towels and updated quartz counters and a big tv. Great value in Indianapolis! I’d stay again "

"The fitness center was well equipped, the bar area is very nice, and the location was great. It would have been nice to have an on site laundry & although this is a historic beautiful hotel, it is also very expensive. I always find it ironic that the more expensive a hotel is, the fewer amenities are included with your stay. No free parking, breakfast or even coffee in the lobby."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel and hotels.com advertise that there is a pool at the hotel. The pool was not in service and definitely had not been for some time. The elevators were very sketchy and often took a full minute for the doors to close. The overall property outside was not great. There was a lot of trash around the grounds and parking lot. When the front parking lot was full the rear parking lot was used and was very poorly lit."

"While the hotel itself is fine, our situation was terrible. When we arrived for check in, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and the room we booked with 2 queen beds was not available. The offered us a room with a king bed only for 4 people. "
