"Room was not ready for the 3 person reservation. There was no bedding for the sofa bed - the front desk told me I could pick it up at the front desk. The dishes in the room included 2 knives, 1 fork and 1 coffee mug. Should have been fully outfited with 4 of each. Food offered was mediocre and the restaurant offerings were minimal. Accomodations were comfortable"

"The shower drain strainer was moldy and not attached to the floor. It was gross and not useable. We are going to have to find another hotel in the area to stay. The breakfast buffet had kids putting their nasty fingers in everything and then licking their fingers. Another gross thing. Yes I know that is not your fault but the parents. It is still GROSS"

"Everything was very nice neat clean and well kept. The breakfast was a bit minimalistic, but other than that the place was perfect. For the price, I don’t know that I’ve stayed in a better place and I stay in a hotels just about every week for work."

"Most of the amenities were closed, no housekeeping and when asked for a simple garbage bag on day two it never showed up the whole week."

"We have chosen this hotel in the past because it does not have carpets in the room and gerenally feels clean. The rooms are small (and we knew this). However on this stay we did not experience and service in the room during a 4 night stay (even after bringing this to the attention of front desk staff. They blamed it on other people and the room was never serviced. On the morning le checked out we found a someone else’s clothing in our room which made us believe that one of the staff may have used our room to shower and change clothes. This was disturbing. I don’t think we’ll stay here again. "
