"Amenities galore. You name it, they have it. And all, very well maintained. Put-put golf, basketball, tennis, brochi, corn hole, large chess board, Frisbee golf, playground, super nice hot tub and heated pool. All very well maintained. This place was so relaxing and peaceful. Wonderful place to stay along a creek with pine trees and a million birds. Didn't want to leave."

"Another amazing stay at The Ranch!! This was our 2nd stay at this property and 3rd stay overall with Bob and Kattie. The house is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking scenery. Everything you could need is stocked in the home. We brought our kids and dogs and everyone had an amazing time! Will definitely be back soon!!"

"Very comfy place. I’d stay there again and will. Close to all lakes and creeks of importance in that area of the 260. Putting water in the hot tub by pan was my biggest worry lol! Great great place!"

"Great place for a quiet getaway. My wife and I stayed for about four days and really enjoyed the cabin and the setting. It’s in the Young/Payson area, tucked away next to a creek, which made it feel peaceful and relaxing. The cabin had a nice, cozy feel and was a great spot to unwind, enjoy the outdoors, and get away from the normal routine. We’d be happy to stay there again."
