"I booked a room for 2 nights thru hotels.com Used this hotel because it was pet friendly. I drove 4 hours to get there at around 11:00 at night. When I went to check in they informed me they didn't have any pet rooms. Nowhere on the website does it say they have certain rooms for pets. Nor does the app let you specify a pet room. So I was stranded in Louisville till 7:00 the next morning till I finally find a hotel by myself not with this app that would let me check in early so I can get some sleep. So I will not be using this app or staying at a Baymont hotel ever need a side help me in any way that was helpful. But in the end hats off to quality inn because they help me. Unlike this app or the Baymont hotel do not recommend zero Stars"

"Check in was a nightmare. Major confusion about getting us the room we booked and switching us to an available room. Couldn’t be done until a supervisor arrived at the hotel. Waited more than 30 minutes only to find out that they actually had the room we booked available for us. It was after 10 PM and we were exhausted from traveling all day. "

"I was travelling alone and felt very safe. Open and well lit parking lot near to the entrance. Room was clean, water pressure great. Restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and gas all nearby. Great staff. Things that need improvement: 1) No closet, just a rack with no hangars and 2) I was on a non smoking floor and the hallway still reeked of cigarette smoke. The room did not, thank goodness. Would definitely stay again"
