The house is located close to McMinnville Center and is spacious. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the six of us. The kitchen and living room are big and there is laundry in a separate building. It is a very old home - built in 1890\. I have asthma and a lot of allergies. I am very sensitive to mold in a way that most people are not. The house was musty - especially the first floor. The whole family smelled it as soon as we walked in. We contacted the owners and they immediately brought us a nice-sized HEPA filter which helped a little. The owners were responsive. I was able to stay in the house but I was congested for most of the stay. The weather was such that we could not open the windows to air it out. If you are not sensitive to mold, this location should be fine for you - as evidenced by all the 5 star reviews. I have trouble staying in a lot of places due to my allergies and the climate in this area is very rainy. If it wasn't for the musty smell, I would give it 5 stars. ##### Jean Z. Only issues we had is that some of the window blinds weren't working and the heating/cooling system was confusing (although we didn't really need it in this weather). I am always so happy when it is available for our dates. It has everything you may need and is so close to Linfield campus!
