With 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a private hot tub, it's the ideal base for mountain adventures and lake-area fun. The main level offers a convenient full bath, a laundry room, and a cozy lounge area with a desk for remote work plus a tucked-away twin bed—perfect for an afternoon nap or an extra guest. Upstairs on the second level, you'll find the heart of the home with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and welcoming living room where you can gather by the wood-burning fireplace (bring your own firewood). Step outside to the deck to soak in the private hot tub while enjoying the fresh mountain air. The third level features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own balcony, along with two additional full bathrooms that provide plenty of space and privacy for your group. In summer, you're just a short drive from Deep Creek Lake access for swimming, boating, and sunny afternoons by the water. Whether you're here for fresh powder or warm-weather activities, this home's location and amenities ensure a relaxing and memorable stay all year round. ​​​​​​​This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). This home does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest's own account. Max. parking spaces: 2 IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. The TV room furniture and kitchen table/chairs are very low budget, my teenagers called it “college housing” quality. Kitchen table chairs rocked and felt like they could break any minute. The kitchenware was also very poor quality. The twin bed mattress in the basement was the lowest quality one could find. The fireplace flue does not close so it was very cold with sub zero temps outside. The windows in the kitchen area felt like they were wide open with how cold that area was. Our food on the floor was colder than the refrigerator food. The bedrooms upstairs need window coverings on the doors as does the family room door. There is no privacy without and no one wants to wake up to with the sunrise on a vacation. The good news was that overall it felt relatively clean and the location was great.
