WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one flannel per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs with a pre-paid pet fee. When making your reservation, please be sure to enter the number of dogs in the designated pet field when adding the number of adults and children so the pet fee is included in your reservation total. No other pets are permitted. Bringing more than two dogs will result in a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.


WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4x4 vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.*
