Villa With A View is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse with breathtaking views of the lake and nearby ski slopes, this home offers an unforgettable retreat for families and friends.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation, or you can step out onto the deck to grill and dine al fresco while enjoying the views. This home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests and 2 dogs. The main-level bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the upper-level primary suite boasts a luxurious king-sized bed. On the lower level, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. For extra accommodations, the loft area includes a queen sleeper sofa.

*Max parking spaces for this home is 2; garage access is not available
*Dock access available with limitations/restrictions
*Boat trailer parking is not permitted

*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs to join in the fun. No other pets are permitted. Bringing more than two dogs will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in.
