There are full bathrooms and bedrooms on the entry level for guests that may have difficulty climbing stairs.

Home contains plastic plates/bowls for children and kitchen supplies for cooking.

Clean towels, linens, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels will be provided for your stay.

The home is not suitable for parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette trips, or large gatherings. Strict enforcement of occupancy and noise rules is in place.

Winter travelers: our mountain setting includes hills, so 4WD or AWD is highly recommended during snowy or icy conditions.
