This house is located next to most, if not all, of the activities for family and friends near the lake. It is located literally right down the road from two boat rental locations, the go-cart place, arcade and the steak house among others. If you are a fan of Deep Creek Lake, then you should have this house on your short list. The property appears to be have been recently built or newly redesigned and has everything from a pool table, hot tub, wet bar, fire pit, and outstanding new deck.
