#### Perfect Weekend Retreat!
We had our annual mom’s getaway weekend here and it could not have been more perfect! The location was walkable to restaurants and a brewery and a short drive to Wisp for a ski day. We were able to unwind in the hot tub and the living room was so cozy for all our kid free gab sessions. I wish we had booked a longer stay. Definitely will be back again!

This condo was a great option for a family/friends trip to Deep Creek in the Winter or Summer. The furniture and setup was comfortable and updated so everyone was able to enjoy their stay. Everything was prepared for us and we had an easy time communicating with the property manager for requests.

We loved the location and all the things to do that were so close. Enjoyed the lake, rented a pontoon for the grandkids. They enjoyed the tubing and swimming. Great food at nearby restaurants. Couldn't use the hot tub had some yellow stuff on the water. All in all was a great vacation. Thank you

#### Cleanliness and comfort close to the slopes
My family of four stayed here this February with another family of four. The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. They offered a late checkout on Sunday which allowed us to enjoy skiing on Sunday before heading the three hours home on Sunday...invaluable when you are only staying for a short weekend. Also a nice view of the mountain, the slopes and the ice fishers from the back of the property. We would stay here again, no question.

#### Beautiful Lake Home
My family enjoyed a brief stay at this beautiful home. The place was clean, quiet, and very well situated with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were mostly spacious and comfortable. The agent was available and very helpful for questions that arose. The only suggestion I would make is to invest in better sheets and pillows. I definitely would recommend this place for summer fun or skiing at Wisp three minutes away.

#### Mountain weekend
We arrived Thursday night with everything looking amazing. Reid and everyone else at the rental company were extremely accommodating and helpful. They made the instructions clear on what to bring and do when checking out. The house is beautiful. Everything is within a mile distance so traveling to and from the slopes or mountain state brewery was no problem. I will definitely be staying here again and hopefully Reid is sill around to help me again.

#### Great for a weekend away
This was our second time renting this home for a winter getaway and had a great time. We had 14 adults snowed in during Winter Storm Jonas, and had more than enough space. The downstairs is perfect for playing board games, and the downstairs refrigerator is a nice bonus. There are more than enough beds and space for everyone. The couches also make a comfortable place to nap. The location is awesome as well. We were able to walk to The Pine Lodge for dinner, even with the snow. We plan to continue our yearly trip to Deep Creek, hopefully in this beautiful and spacious home.

#### Deep Creek Lake Retreat
We had an amazing family vacation in Deep Creek Lake. The house was wonderful and you walk right outside and down to the lake. Everything we needed was available in the house and there was plenty of space. The only thing we didn’t have that was in the listing were for hole boards. That was actually a selling point for my family in selecting the property, so that was a bit of a bummer. Otherwise, the experience was great!

#### Best Lake House Vacation!
This house fit all of our needs perfectly and we had the best vacation with our kids! It far exceeded my expectations. It is in an excellent location and has all the amenities and comforts you would want in a vacation home. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished, very clean and spacious! I was actually surprised how much the kids (ages 6 - 12) loved swimming in the lake (with the ducklings!). Some of the highlights are the hot tub with view of lake and slopes, making s'mores on the fire pit, renting a pontoon boat/having it pull a tube, hiking, and the adventure park! The rental process was very easy and Reid is responsive and helpful at every step of the way. I cannot wait to go back next year!

We enjoyed the property a lot. Spacious, well decorated, and nice setting. Parking was great. A few things to consider. 1\. Please fix the blind in the family room. You may consider changing all the blinds. 2\. The seat covers of the dinning table chairs had stains. 3\. The master bedroom was spacious and had spectacular view. However, the head board in the master bed room had dusts that triggered my allergy and I had to move to another bedroom. May need to instruct the cleaners to do a better job. The last rental property where we stayed last year had kayak. Missed kayaking in the lake this time.

We enjoyed our stay although the home needs some clean up in the furniture and carpet . The house itself is well appointed and a great location. The blinds didn’t work and there was no furniture to sit out on the bottom level . The beanbag chairs were really dirty

#### Nice place and location
This is a nice 5 bdrm townhouse right on the water on the McHenry cove. You can see Wisp across the lake. The 2 suites are on the top floor, one front and one back. One bedroom off the kitchen and two on the lower level. There is a living room off the dining area and kitchen. There is also a tv room on the lower level and a hot tub outside. There were a few mechanical issues. Batteries in one tv remote were dead, a couple shade cords were retied not allowing them to go all the way down. There were lots and lots of pots and pans, but many had nonstick coating scraped off. The should get rid of half of them. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. Lower level sliding door screen kept coming off it's track because of all the debris and dead grass build up. These were all minor things. We had a great time.

#### Nice Weekend Getaway
Check in was very easy, and overall we enjoyed our stay. Any issue that did arise, immediate action was taken. The property manager and cleaning crew was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.
