Beautiful home with spectacular views of the lake from elevated vantage point, the patio was a perfect spot for breakfast/coffee while checking out the surroundings. However, upon arrival we spent the first hour cleaning. We found blood on the master bathroom toilet, fingerprints all over the appliances and doors. The dishwasher was full of water and the garbage disposal was not working. We emailed and called the rental agency and did not receive a call back. We called again the following day and they would send someone out. The next morning (day before our departure) someone came, but left without fixing the problem. We called again and was told he failed to report and escalate the problem and they would come back the next day. We checked out that day so never had a working dishwasher our entire stay. The fingerprints and blood were also of great concern given COVID-19 and should never happen I have yet ro receive a call or acknowledgment from anyone.
