"Stumbled upon this boutique hotel while looking for a place to stay while traveling. So pleased with our decision, as this place surpassed all of our expectations. The architecture follows the English Revival theme of the town. The modern interior is clean and welcoming. We loved the high-thread count sheets on the comfortable bed and locally-sourced bathroom amenities. The complimentary refreshment counter being on the same floor as the rooms was a nice touch. The Indulgence Agent (as they call the Front Desk staff) was eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible, making us truly feel like a guest rather than a customer."

"This was my second stay at Charmaign's home. Our stay was amazing! The home is comfortable and inviting. I cannot say enough good things about our host. We did have a situation where the battery in the lock mechanism died. We could not get into the home. It was late, it was cold, but Charmaign did not hesitate. She arrived at the home in less than 20 minutes and corrected the issue, all with a smile on her face. I highly recommend staying at Charmaign's. Thank you, Charmaign for everything!"

"Rick was great in all aspects of my stay. He responded promptly to all communications and was very helpful with my schedule. I was in town for work and had an extended stay they even had maid service come in and clean and restock supplies on multiple times. I would recommend it for anyone"
