(1,000 reviews) Overall a good stay. The bed was my favorite part, very comfortable, slept wonderfully. There was a lot of noise coming from the street and I was on the 16th floor, obviously they can’t control that, but heads up. I didn’t enjoy the bathroom, it was small and had mold in the shower, also I found hair in the shower from a previous guest. Also there were two small mirrors oddly placed in the bathroom which made it very hard to see outfits if that’s important to you. The lounge was nice. Valet could use some work, they didn't check out car in on multiple occasions which made it so that we couldn’t request our car in advance and had to wait a substantial amount of time for it.
