AMAZING STAFF - So kind and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous. The problem is that we were staying in a suite, and those are allllll the way back in an old and not as well-maintained part of the building. It was like a maze getting to and from it, and the rooms were old and sparse with items that didn't work. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door with a huge gap so you could see and hear everything, and it didn't lock. The extra bed was hard and uncomfortable and there were no extra blankets or pillows. No bathroom amenities. The refridgerator door didn't seal. If it hadn't been late when we arrived, and if we hadn't been leaving early am, I would have left. That's how bad it was. If you're looking for a suite, don't let the pictures of the beautiful hotel fool you! The staff, however, were wonderful and very helpful.
