It was close to Lincolnton where we were attending a Bluegrass Festival. We were there only at night, but it was comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything was in working order. It was crowded at her house and this worked out perfectly for us. Condo has plenty of room, 2nd bedroom has two single beds so a family could enjoy it.
