Primary level includes access to the oversized 1 car garage, the covered patio, and the laundry room. This bedroom has a lush queen bed and views of the forest and common spaces in the subdivision.

The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, well stocked with all the basic cooking and baking supplies needed, seating for 4 around the quartz peninsula and additional seating for 4 around the table. A modern and cozy living room invites you to relax as you play games or watch tv. You'll find access to balcony with additional seating to enjoy watching the sunset over the pines.

The spacious master ensuite on the third floor at Ponderosa Pines Retreat offers a luxurious haven. It features a large walk-in closet, a double vanity for added convenience, and stunning views of mountain pine trees from the luxurious king bed. This serene space is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of adventure in McCall.

**While we do have a Blackstone grill for guest use, please note we request guests clean the grill after use and therefore make no guarantees to it's cleanliness prior to your arrival. (We opted not to add a $50 each for cleaning fee for the grill to keep costs down and check in times more reasonable - we hope you understand this compromise).
