Pros - Communication was fast & helpful, early check in was made available for us based on our arrival time, close to town but still far enough to be feel like you’re in the mountains, great outdoor space in the back. Cons - Could have been cleaner (shower curtain liners need replaced and baseboards need cleaned), back and side door were unlocked when we arrived, no guest binder (check in/out processes, WiFi, etc), no autonomy over furnace (required to use wood stove). ##### Julie W.
