Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this home can offer the solace of a mountain retreat or serve as a basecamp for all your outdoor adventures. Take in awe inspiring scenery on the many hiking and mountain biking trails or spend the day boating, paddle boarding, and fishing on beautiful Payette Lake. If golf is your game, McCall Golf Club is right around the corner as well as several other courses within a short drive. Just a 10-15-walk downtown and you'll find an assortment of eateries, shops, breweries, wine bars, and coffee shops, and the lakefront Legacy Park. Also within walking distance are several public beaches and the gorgeous Ponderossa State Park. In the Winter months, experience The Best Snow in Idaho at Brundage Mountain Resort which caters to all skill levels from the bunny run to cat skiing. Other snow sports available nearby include snowmobiling, backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, and sledding. McCall Activity Barn, just south of town, offers plenty of winter fun for the kids. This pet-friendly, three bedroom home accommodates six guests comfortably, offers a two-car garage, fenced yard, and game room with air hockey and ping pong!
