Was a simple check in process. The staff was easy to work with and very helpful. The hotel itself is very conveniently located next to stores and a few food places within walking distance. The room was clean, and the AC kept us cool. Would stay here again.

If clean, safe place to stay while on the road is your only concern, this will meet your needs. I gave it three stars because I didn't feel like they tried to rise above average. Little things like no garbage cans in the kitchen area--one in the eating area only, and almost no interaction with guests above handling the transaction, left me wondering if they even wanted my business. But overall, the place was clean, comfortable, and met our need.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this hotel was maintained. Everything felt fresh, the common areas were tidy, and my room was spotless. It was a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. The front desk staff was welcoming without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. For the price, this was an excellent value, and I'd be happy to stay here again whenever I'm in McAlester.

I liked the friendly staff and how accommodating they were..I had to keep getting a new key card every time I left room it seems. They just made a new key card each time without being annoyed. I thought the room was very clean. The only thing that would have made it even better is if the television was larger a 50 in would better suit the size of room. 32 inch is what size was in my room 223 but it was not big deal. Overall pleasant stay for the price. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to rest their neck. It's conveniet location makes it ideal. Walmart next door, dollar general, tractor supply, cato, Wendy's, bath and body works, shoe dept, a pet sense, Lowe's and Taco Bell are pretty much in same parking lot(you can drive from hotel to any of the places mentioned thru parking lots without even getting on a road)
