Reserved with expedia. Lady at front desk argue that i under paid for room even tho i showed proof of full payment thru phone expedia app. I was made to feel like i was stealing from them. I gave her the 6 dollars in cash just to get the key to get some sleep. The motel is located right across the rd from train track with a crossing close to motel so expect to be awaking by a train horn several times thru the night. Would not recommend this hotel.

There was some trouble with placement, I'd reserved a King bed & they tried to put me in a 2 double-bed room, aside from that, the only problem was getting a working key-card, as their machine was acting flaky. Other then that, it was a nice pleasant night

If you don’t mind sleeping in a disaster zone this is your place. These Conditions would make a third works country motel operator blush. Torn up smoke detector, ripped ceiling panels, vinyl flooring separated from sun base. But friendly clerk!

Room picture were simi accurate. Except the bed was on the floor. They rsmove the cable boxes so therd is wires hanging all over the wall. I paid for double bed and got a single bed for 3 people. So it was good for a quick stop but overall would not stay jere again.

I will never used Travelocity again! I booked a hotel through Travelocity and did not end up staying there. They did not have any rooms available like the one I had reserved. Staff was not impressive. I have attempted to get a refund for almost 2 months now. The hotel did approve the refund (I have emails from them). Since I booked through Travelocity the refund had to go through them. They are absolutely worthless when it comes to customer service. Don’t even ask to speak to a manager! Three days passed before a return call and I was at work and missed the call. Guess what no number gives in message just to call Customer Service. I have spent so much time trying to get back my money that I deserve.

Shady area. Plus, when I arrived there was no room available even though I had reserved a room and already paid. The only good thing out of this was that I got my money back but it was a hassle to do with calling Expedia. I wasted 45 min on the phone because they had to call the hotel front desk, who I had spoken to and they said they could not refund and I would need to call Expedia. Grrr.

Most horrible hotel EVER!! Husband opened closet door and breaker box didn’t have a door on it and had exposed wires. Mattress and box springs had big stains all over them, pillows looked like they had been rolled in dirt and beds weren’t even made. Bedding was wadded up in a ball in the middle of the bed! State dept of health needs to shut this place down! Expedia should be ashamed of themselves having this place on their website!

OYO is Terrible! Just sleep in your car.
Because I had stayed here prior, I thought I would have no problems staying here again. Around midnight, I showed up to check in my pre-paid, non-smoking room, and I was told that there was nothing available. I reminded him that my room was already paid for, and I was told, "What do expect me to do, sir?" As I was about to be sent away, I said that it is 20° F and my family needs a place to sleep. He gave me a choice of two smoking rooms. One of the rooms reeked of smoke, and the other was under renovation. We chose the later, because the room smelled less of smoke. There was trash in the room, and the beds were not maid well. The door to the bathroom was broken, and the heat did not work. He brought a space heater by. When I contacted Hotels.com the next day, I was given a coupon from Hotels.com, but the motel refused to refund any of the money, because I chose to stay after being given a choice. This motel was awful, and no one should stay here. AWLFUL!!! AWLFUL!!! AWLFUL!!! I am just glad there were no bed bugs.

Great stay
This was a great stay! My husband said this was the best bed he’s slept in since the last 3 hotel stays we’ve been at. Had a microwave and fridge. Everything we needed for a great price. Front desk was amazing and friendly and welcomed us as family. Overall great stay.

The location was being used as a prostitution location. OYO calls themselves a Hotel at this location when in fact it’s a falling apart motel! Train is 100ft from your door so plan on staying awake the whole time. Old smoke and grudge on the walls. I would hate to place a black light in those rooms. I booked 2 nights and cancelled the second night. I had nowhere else to go so I took my chances in my vehicle somewhere safe. Never again will I be staying there

Those damn TRAINS!!!!
My check-in was quick and hassle free. Decent place for a BUDGET motel! My only real complaint was the TRAINS. Property is located right across the street from the main train line and they run continuously around the clock.

A Good Place
The owners are a very good family of people. They are very nice and kind and if we have any problems they address them and work at fixing them. The housekeepers are very nice and kind too. Always checking to see if we need anything. The rooms are clean and the property is nice too. We have enjoyed our stay at the OYO very much.

You get what you pay for it cost less then 40 bucks but was dirty and in poor condition. Did not feel very safe. Meets all your basic needs and is cheap.
