To reach the lake area, you’ll need to cross a gravel neighborhood road. Please exercise caution and be mindful of children near the road and lake for their safety. The pathway to the lake is slightly steep and rocky, especially near the shoreline. Please use caution when walking down to the water and wear appropriate footwear. 🌿 Nature & Lake Disclaimer Please note that you are visiting a lake and wooded area, surrounded by water and trees. While our homes receive routine professional pest control, you may still see some exterior insects or spiders during your stay — this is a natural part of the lake environment. PETS MUST BE INCLUDED IN RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING (excludes service animals) \*\*\*Check out is at 10 AM. Any guests in house after 10:15 am without prior approval will be charged $75/hour for every hour they remain in the house past the checkout time. 1- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am (no parties/events). 2- To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated. 3- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts. 4- Please avoid neighboring properties and stay within our yard. 5- All docks in the neighborhood are PRIVATE. 6-Do not add charcoal to pellet grill. The pellets are provided. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $200 fee. And the view of the water…..it was exactly what we wanted! Tucked away but close enough. We were lucky enough to have a thunderstorm come through and the large covered porch was the perfect spot to watch it all blow over.
