It was overall a good experience. The mattress was worn out and not that comfortable, but I was tired and I slept anyway.

Carpet looked dirty, lumpy beds and pillows. Needs an update. Good room size, quiet. Online ad misleading, booked two queens, ended up with doubles. Ad said breakfast, but is "grab and go", limited selection. Next time I'll pay more and stay in a nicer place.

There was no one at the front desk when we checked in and no one when we left, we had to ring a bell to get someone. There were a couple of men in hoodies hanging around outside, not sure what they were doing but it did make me a little uncomfortable. The lobby was nice and welcoming with a grab and go box for people in a hurry. Our room had a couple of issues: The left side of the bed was so close to the wall that I had to turn sideways in order to get into bed. There wasn't a nightstand or plug on that side so I had to plug my phone into the lamp which wasn't close by. In addition, the pillows were flat. The shower had a place for shower gel and shampoo but the holder had been removed and no shower gel provided (there was a complimentary small bottle of shampoo).

Stay was overall good but there was small roaches. We killed 4.

Very clean friendly staff. Only complaint is there needs to be a coffee pot and coffee in the room. Not everyone wants to get dressed right away to go downstairs for coffee, me being one of these people, lol. Will stay there again

The only negative was that there was not a lot of green space for walking dogs and the guests did not clean up after their dogs, so what grass there was was littered with poop bombs.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Rooms could have been cleaner. Bathroom vents and toilet was not cleaned. Doors need repainted. An older building that needs some TLC. Key didn’t work after first night stay. I was supposed to get a credit because they didn’t have the King bed I reserved. I haven’t seen the credit yet. The beds in my room need replaced. They are old and not very comfortable.

We spent Monday and Friday nights. My husband is in a wheelchair and when I reserved rooms six weeks ahead I was told there were recliners in every room. He has to sleep in one. Monday night..no recliner. Had to ask for one. Plus he couldn’t get in the bathroom because of his chair. We had asked for a handicapped room They were full Monday night and we could get one. I’m 73 and I had to manually help him to the restroom. Not happy. They guaranteed us one Friday night. Yes we got one. No bathroom soap and the hair dryer wouldn’t work! Never again!! Probably all the handicapped rooms were taken by people who could walk!!
