Pleasant unspoiled rural setting, nestled on the southern hillside exposed under the wooded ridges of the vast Trois Monts national forest, a magnificent natural wilderness area protected in the Natura 2000 Zone dotted with marked hiking trails. A stone's throw from the heart of the peaceful village of Mazille, a "Clunisian Site" rich in notable heritage (listed Romanesque church from the 11th century, priory from the 11th listed MH, Celtic menhir, Deanery of the Monks dating from the 13th century, etc.), also known for its convent of the order of Carmels ("the Carmel of Peace", listed as MH), of ultra atypical modernist architecture (work of a student of Le Corbusier), Original property of 1 ha in common including a swimming pool, a petanque court, a chicken coop, several terraces (one covered and one under a vegetated pergola) & a lawned garden with a small orchard (apple trees, cherry plum trees, kiwis... / picking possible).
