It is detached, very well equipped and has a homely feel with private swimming pool and gardens with plenty of outside space to enjoy. A private entrance on the ground floor leads to the living room/dining area, one bedroom and toilet, the kitchen has been modernised with all necessary appliances as refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There are 2 good sized bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor, from the main bedroom there is a balcony with sea views. The villa is air conditioned throughout along with heating. It has smart TV, unlimited free WI-FI access is also available. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, 190m² terrace, iron, hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house, private swimming pool. The pool area has a good size swimming pool with shallow end and steps, 6 sun beds, parasol, outside dining table and chairs and a shower. Dogs hair throughout the villa and a thick layer of dust on most surfaces. Entrance foot mats at patio doors were disgusting thick with dirt and again dog hair. Bathrooms had not been cleaned again scum lines in the sinks, hair in plug holes, brocken floor tiles, soap dish dirty. We paid extra for pool towels and we were told to use the bath towels. The outside pool area has recently been upgraded and looks lovely but it is a shame about the pool maintenance (Green scum all above water line of the pool and the filtration system was turned off and we were told it works off a timer, so waiting 24hrs it became apparent that it didn't work ! When we contacted the property management team about our concerns we just felt that we were being fobbed off. We are very disappointed and could forgive the interior of the villa needing updating had it of been clean. Definitely not worth the price we paid. ##### Paul P. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable!! We was also close to the beach and the harbor which had some lovely restaurants at very affordable prices.
