It is situated on a quiet street and a 10 minute walk to the golf club. The beaches are a 20 minute drive. The villa is newly outfitted with everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is a utility room off the kitchen with a washer and storage space. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 twin beds. All rooms have newly fitted ceiling fans and the living room has a new air conditioning unit. There is also a log burner for the cooler winter months. The outside area is fully fenced with a large charcoal built in barbecue and a stone table and benches. New sun loungers and a large parasol provide shade for the summer months. There are other outdoor seating areas and an outdoor shower. The stairs lead to a rooftop solarium with an area to enjoy your morning coffee and amazing unobstructed Mountain View’s. The villa includes free Wi-Fi. The villa is legally registered with the Murcia Tourist Board. Hilary the manager was prompt and professional. She takes extra care to make sure you have everything needed. Inside the villa was clean and tidy and not too cluttered like some we have stayed in. The villa was great for a self catering holiday and if you don’t fancy cooking, the bars and shops are just up the road. Air con and fans were brilliant in the 40 degree heat.
