We welcome you as a guest of our Casa Montana on the Costa Calidá in Mazarron province of Murcia.

The best climate with the most hours of sunshine in Spain, the great affordable nightlife.
Casa Montana is on dead end road where no cars pass by. Fantastic views guaranteed; peace and space on both the front and the back of the house !! In and around the house strong free WIFI. From Casa Montana you are within half an hour in cities like Cartagena, Murcia or Lorca. Visit these cities!
A trip to the beautiful Sierra Espuña (a national park where you, in the distance, look out from your terrace. Or a day at the endless beaches of the Costa Calida with lovely bays, sandy beaches, restaurants
Stroll along the promenades of Puerto de Mazarron or Bolnuevo.
Or how about a wonderful day of sailing.
This part of Spain has everything! Because do you like sports?
In the region, almost from your front door, are beautiful landscaped routes through nature for walking and cycling. You will encounter the most beautiful birds and animals during your route when you are observant.
In the evening a delicious barbecue on the terrace of Casa Montana and enjoy the peace and space.
The stay at the resort is also recommended.
Make use of the fantastic public swimming pool (for a fee) or the free tennis courts.
The restaurant on the resort will provide you with a drink and a snack prepared by a fine Spanish cook. Also try the fantastic restaurants in the area. More information on the Welcome as our guest and experience Casa Montana.

LAYOUT ;
Living room: spacious sitting area and cozy dining area, audio, t. v. by means of dish. (with many channels), free internet / WIFI. Roller shutters for darkening. Naturally clean and cozy furnishings. Fully equipped and good heating throughout the house because the house in the winter is also rented to overwinterers.

Kitchen: ceramic hobs, oven, extractor hood, large fridge with large freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster all necessary utensils, crockery and kitchen linen. Of course your own washing machine.
Heating water through a large boiler so you are always assured of a hot shower when you wish.

Bathroom: Toilet, shower, sink, towels, washcloths and guest towels, all present in the house. Tip: bring your own beach towels !!
Bedrooms: 2 in total. First bedroom has a double bed.
Second bedroom with two single beds.
Both bedrooms have very large closets / storage space.
Children's bed and high chair are available in the house and free!
The mattresses of Casa Montana are of good quality !!
Garden behind the house: Behind the house is a private screened tile terrace with patio area. Here you can take a lovely private sun bath on one of the lovely loungers.
There is a 'seat' on this terrace. There is also an outdoor sink.
Behind this patio through the gate you will find a fantastic Spanish garden with fountains. Here is also a terrace to sit and read barbecue or whatever!

Garden Front: In front of the house there is a terrace with a garden set.
Both a shaded terrace and a terrace for sunbathing.
Sun loungers are available and there is a private parking space in front of the house for your car.
From the terrace you look out over the olive fields with the foothills of the Sierra Espuña behind. You will meet the peace and space.

TIP: Casa Montana can also be rented in combination with Casa Mirador,
Casa Mirador has a private swimming pool. This can then be used.

Gemütliches Haus mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, etwas abseits. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Beim Angebot wurde der Eindruck erweckt, dass Fahrräder zur Ausstattung gehören, dies war nicht der Fall. Check in und Kommunikation waren nicht einfach, weil ein Ansprechpartner nur sehr begenzt zur Verfügung stand und in einem Fall nur französisch oder spanisch sprach. Check out um 10:00 Uhr ist sportlich, wenn man das Haus geputzt verlassen soll.
