Situated in the lovely Spanish village of Bolnuevo and less than 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The property is set over 2 floors and has 2 balconies and a roof solarium. Downstairs you have a large living room cum dining room, a separate fully fitted kitchen with storage cupboard and laundry room, a shower room and one double bedroom. Both bedrooms upstairs have their own private balconies and there is a large family bathroom. The garden, which is a special feature of this property is private and beautifully maintained. Despite its quiet location, the beach, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, pharmacy, etc. are all within a 5 minute walk, and almost all other services are within 3.5 km. Any 'problems' that arise, even if they are self-inflicted (sigh), are solved with reassuring friendliness. However, the house is not brand new and some of the furniture needs replacing.
