We weren't told about arrangement for parking until it was too late and we had already had prepaid. While the location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Dublin, I was disappointed by several aspects of our stay. Room servicing was inconsistent — one day I had to request toilet rolls, and on another, the servicing was delayed until quite late and never very through. I also had an evening meal in the restaurant one night and ordered the burger, which was advertised as a handmade double meat pattie. Unfortunately, it turned out to be two freezer-style patties covered in cheese and was quite unappetising. When the manager noticed I hadn’t eaten it, he kindly offered a complimentary dessert, but no refund or discount was provided despite my request. Overall, while the location and general facilities were good, the service and dining experience did not meet expectations."
