  • Open floor plan that is perfect for large groups of family and friends, including game room for adults and kid. Spacious home with large outdoor deck and fire place on 1 acres of property. This home has been described as a home away from home. Lots of parking for multiple vehicles. Just a 1 min ride or 10 min walk to Northampton beach on The Great Sacandaga lake. Whether your adventure is on the water, on the snow or on the mountain, this house is in the middle of it all. Marina close by.

    The space
    In the hearth of Lake Sacandaga and Adirondacks parks, lots for hicking trails and lots of summer and winter activies. Beautiful in the fall and spring time. Lots of bar, restaurant and grocery stores around. Walking distance from beautiful Northamton beach/park/campground. Lots of activities for adults and kids to do indoor. Large yard space.

    Guest will be able to access all 4 bedrooms, 3 full bath rooms and one half bath, kitchen and dinning room, nice big open deck, outside fire place, entertaining room with pool table, game room with foos ball table, ping pong table and nintendo game.
