"Pretty disappointed for the cost of the stay. Never had a bad Hilton experience but this was pretty rough. Dirty floors, no soap in the room when we arrived, beds were fine, table tops were clean.. just pretty underwhelming for what they advertised and pictures posted.. the 8.4 rating is a stretch."
