"Staff was kind and welcoming. I would say that was the only good part of our stay. Although upon check-in, nobody checked my ID. We stayed on the third floor. There was a commotion of someone trying to kick in a door, screaming yelling and fighting, and then the cops showed up. This caused my daughter ..."
