I booked the reservation for my father who was due to arrive in Trinidad at 00:15. Unfortunately the plane was 1.5 hours behind schedule and by the time he reached the hotel with other passengers, they were unable to gain access to the hotel. As a result, my 92 year old father had to spend the night on a seat at the airport until his flight at 09:00. My credit card was charged for his stay and I would like it credited please.
