May Prairie State Natural Area

Friendly and helpful front desk receptionist (Tracy or Stacy sorry didn't get her name clearly when checking out. I will stay here again my next trip to Nashville.

You can't go wrong. Close to the airport and Broadway. Clean. Good customer service.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and not helpful whatsoever. The lack of customer service and basic hospitality was unacceptable. As a paying guest, I expected to be treated with respect and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. Customer service plays a major role in the hospitality industry, and this hotel seriously lacks it. I would not recommend staying here, and I will definitely never return.
