Unappealing

The staff are fantastic. We booked this hotel as it advertised a restaurant and bar...it has neither. The "room" that breakfast is served in is very unappealing. Breakfast was of a very poor standard. WiFi is extremely slow and frustrating. Water from the shower is almost non existent. There is one TV channel which was pathetic to say the least. More pleasant surroundings would have made our stay in Maun much more enjoyable.

Very BAD !!

Hi, I did not stay at this place and want a refund. On arrival they where fully booked and I went somewhere else. I went back several times in order to get a refund but with no luck. The owner even put the phone down in my ear. People drinking beer all over and making a noise. A horrible place to be.

the bed was paid including breakfast, although I showed the confirmation in English at the reception, they wanted to pay me once more in cash, breakfast was promised in the morning at 7:30 am, but in the morning the receptionist said we would not stop breakfast in addition, there is no warning to the hotel, it is very difficult to find this facility

Basic, maar schoon. Vriendelijk personeel

Niet luxe, zeer basic. Maar wel schoon. Wil je wat meer waar voor je geld zijn er betere in de buurt. Personeel is wel zeer helpvol en professioneel.

what a great place to stay

We arrived in maun after a long day and were made very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. It is a wee way from town but no problem to get a ride in and the staff are truly lovely people. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Overrall a great place to stay. Thank you all xKaren
