The apartment is very quiet, has nice amenities and a neat decoration, in short you have all the comforts of home. You have a very nice garden with bamboo, various plants, parasol, Weber barbecue available, and a basic mountain bike to go shopping or other without taking the car. The living room benefits from a large sliding patio that overlooks a fully equipped wooden terrace for your stay: large family wooden table, garden furniture with armchairs, sofa with cushion, sun loungers and beach chairs. Enjoy a fitted kitchen fully equipped and practical in everyday life: dishwasher (and washing machine), oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mixer ... The living room, very bright, has 2 sofas, including a sofa bed 140 with a very good mattress, and all the Hi-Fi equipment, flat screen TV, speakers, internet. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and has double sinks. The toilets are separated. A nicely decorated bedroom has a 160 CM double bed, with memory foam mattresses, and a dresser. And the other room, larger, has 1 beds of 80 CM which turns into a bed of 160 CM, with a comfortable mattress; and you have another 90 CM bed in this same room. You also have at your disposal an umbrella bed (and baby high chair). A dressing room allows you to store all your belongings comfortably. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos 3 enfants. L’absence de parking fait qu’il n’est certes pas toujours aisé de trouver une place mais c’est pour cela aussi que les plages de Carnon ne sont pas’ bondées ! ##### Carole W. Et de plus on m'a demandé un chèque pour taxe de séjour pour 5 personnes alors que deux de mes enfants de moins de 18 ans ne devaient pas payer... Leider sind ein paar Möbel ein bisschen heruntergekommen, zum Beispiel die Gartenmöbel draußen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett, und für 7 Leute ist genug Platz und auch genug Besteck etc vorhanden. Eine Kochplatte hat nicht funktioniert, was ein bisschen nervig war und bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung nicht ganz sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen selber mitgebracht werden. Wer ohne Auto kommt kann zudem in der Umgebung nicht sehr viel unternehmen, da es zwar einen Bus gibt, der aber sehr lange überall hin braucht. Dafür ist der Strand wirklich direkt gegenüber und auch (im Juli) nicht überfüllt gewesen, was sehr angenehm war. Insgesamt kann man sich über die kleinen Mängel hinwegsehen und die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. ##### Amelie G.
