Private: property 350 m2 (fenced) with lawn 30 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (5 x 4 m, 20 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 450 m, bus stop 600 m, pebble beach 3.5 km, public bathing area 3.5 km, concrete beach 3.5 km.  
3-room semi-detached house 100 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Modern furnishings: living/dining room 40 m2 with panoramic window with 2 sofabeds (80 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC.
