Matulji: Bungalow "Lidia". In the hamlet Jušići 3 km from the centre of Matulji, 6 km from the centre of Opatija, 6 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 2.7 km, restaurant 2.7 km, café 600 m, bus stop 800 m, pebble beach 6.5 km, public bathing area 6.5 km, concrete beach 6.5 km.
2-room bungalow 41 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, microwave). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Facilities: hair dryer. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
