Colour accents create a soothing atmosphere with the light tiled floor, where you will enjoy putting your feet up or resting in the cozy bedrooms. The basement offers socialising entertainment, however you will spend many hours, and even evenings, in the garden. Watch your children play happily in the garden and then take a dip in the pool together with you.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und waren ganz begeistert von dem Haus, es war alles da, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein ganz großes Lob geht am Robert und seine Familie, wir hatten noch nie einen so zuvorkommenden Vermieter, er hat uns mit Essen und einer Überraschung zu meinem Geburtstag versorgt. Wirklich ein ganz großes Lob!!!Mit dem Auto ist man auch gleich in Opatija, wir konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Größe des Gartens und des Pools waren für eine Familie mit Kindern perfekt. Der Garten ist zudem komplett eingezäunt, d.h. ein Hund kann sich frei bewegen. Robert, der Vermieter, wohnt direkt neben an und ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Im Ort selber gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt für Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, ansonsten sind größerer Supermärkte in 10-15 Minuten gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das gleiche gilt für kleinere Badestrände, die ebenfalls gut mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in Volosko und Opatija erreichbar sind. Selbst die Insel Krk oder der Strand in Crikvenica liegen nur gute 50min entfernt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die überragende Gastfreundschaft des Hauseigentümers, der direkt nebenan wohnt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass Kinder und (auch große) Hunde sich unbeschwert im Garten bewegen können. Der Pool (Chlor- und Salzwasser) ist riesig, für Kinder und Erwachsene gibt es ausreichend Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (Schaukel, Rutsche, Trampolin, Basketballkorb, Tischkicker, Bogenschießen). Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass der (einzige) Fernseher im Wohnzimmer weder über Kabel- noch Satellitenanschluss verfügt, sodass kein deutsches Fernsehen geschaut werden kann. Wifi funktioniert nur im Garten und im EG, nicht in der 1. Etage wo sich die Schlafzimmer befinden. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar an einer stark frequentierten Hauptstrasse und in der Nähe einer Zugstrecke, dennoch ist es ruhig und abgeschottet. 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch für Kinder ist das Haus toll. Es gibt einen großen Pool, ein Trampolin und einen Spielplatz. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb aber mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in Opatija. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Post. Wir können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Perfekter für kleinere Gruppe oder Familien Urlaub

Das Haus ist sauber und der Eigentümer sehr familiär und freundlich. Das Haus hat auch eine gute Ausstattung. Auch für Kider gibt es im Garten Spielmöglichkeiten. Direkt gegenüber des Hauses gibt es einen kleinen Laden für größere Einkäufe muss man in dir Stadt fahren (10min mit dem Auto). Empfehlungswert !!!
