This holiday home is located on the slopes of Uka, above Opatija, surrounded by greenery and tranquillity with a unique view of the Kvarner Bay and the city of Rijeka. A spacious, fully fenced garden with swimming pool and large sunbathing area offers complete safety for your children and pets. The speciality of this household is organically grown vegetables and fruit, which you can taste fresh or in various delicacies.



A spacious terrace surrounded by greenery and another covered terrace equipped with a stone barbecue allow you to socialise and enjoy good food during the day with a glass of wine and a unique view.



Due to its location, the house offers an ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby and wider surroundings - the legendary Opatija, the city of Rijeka with many cultural events, the town of Kastav and its blues festival, the Uka Nature Park or the Lisinska Forest just a few minutes away. If you rent a boat, you can visit the nearby islands, modern roads will take you to the island of Krk, the Crikvenica Riviera or a visit to Istria. For lovers of good gastronomy, there is a village restaurant as well as numerous taverns and top restaurants in the area.
