Newly renovated home in the heart of the North Fork. Quiet location, great property for family fun and games, open floor plan with all new amenities for casual and quaint living. Home opens to a beautiful deck with casual seating, dining table and new bbq. Recently installed 20x40 heated pool with automatic cover. Central to all the wineries and some of the finest dining on the North Fork. New Suffolk beach is bike ride away, about 1.5 miles. Great space for getaway from reality and enjoy the peace and all the activities of the North Fork.

Wonderful North Fork Stay

My family really enjoyed our weekend at this lovely, North Fork gem! The house has a great beachouse vibe, is cheerful,& very welcoming. The outdoor setting/ patio is just beautiful with lots of space. And the location is perfect- everything is so close (beach, town, wineries, farms )!! Most of all, Allison was so communicative,nice,& responsive throughout.Definitely would recommend & hope to return!

Girls Weekend

My friends and I stayed at Allison’s place for a girls weekend to visit some wineries in the surrounding area. It was in a great location and was the perfect amount of space for us (5 girls). The house was clean, had everything we needed, and also has a great deck! Allison gave great recommendations and the info was so helpful in planning our enjoyable weekend. She was very easy to communicate with and we had a great stay at her place. Would definitely rent again!

Absolutely amazing stay & gorgeous place!!!

My family and I stayed here this past weekend after my wedding and I don’t have enough good things to say about the property & the host, Allison. From the moment I booked she was so nice & had great communication. The house and hard were absolutely beautiful & clean & it was perfect for me and my family for the weekend. Highly recommend for families.

Great Girls Weekend

Stayed Friday to Sunday with 6 ladies. The house was perfect in layout. We especially enjoyed the deck. The area surrounding the home offers lots to do.
